From Diagnosis to Post-Op Care.

MedTravel is with you every step of the way.

  • You receive a diagnosis from your Canadian doctor and are placed on a long waitlist.

  • You discover MedTravel and select a Seattle-based orthopedic specialist through our website or by calling our representative.

  • Medical records or MRI scans are submitted for review by the orthopedic team.

    * The surgeon will approve your chart within two weeks.

  • A telemedicine consultation is scheduled to discuss surgical options and next steps.

  • Choose between expedited surgery within 10 days or standard surgery within a month.

  • Once you've made your decision, our representative will assist you in scheduling your surgery date. Our team will contact you to discuss the available payment methods and guide you through the process.

  • You will receive a welcome package containing essential information about accommodations and transportations, and your detailed surgery schedule to ensure a seamless experience.

  • After surgery, you return home to Canada and follow up with your surgeon via telemedicine​
